1. General Policy We do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues, "change of mind," or dislike of the product. All sales are final unless the product received is damaged or incorrect (wrong size/design sent by us).
2. Eligibility for Return/Exchange You are only eligible for a return or exchange under the following two conditions:

Defective/Damaged Product: The jersey arrived torn, stained, or with a manufacturing defect.

Wrong Product Shipped: You received a different size, color, or design than what you ordered.
3. Mandatory Requirement: Unboxing Video To ensure fairness and authenticity, an unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.

You must record a video while opening the package for the first time.

The video must be continuous and unedited, clearly showing the label and the defect/error.

No return or exchange will be processed without this video proof.
4. Reporting Timeline Any issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be entertained.
